Kinds of Dogs

 
There are many different varieties of dogs that are available in the market and although the breed can vary from region to region there is a general description that is available. The sporting dog variety includes the Pointers, Retrievers and Spaniels. The non-sporting variety of dogs includes Dalmatian and Chows. Another popular variety of dogs is the hounds which are popularly classified into many different breeds. These include Dachshunds, Bloodhound, Afghan, Basset, Borzoi, Beagle and Wolfhounds.
 
 

The working and herding types of dogs includes Bernese MountainDog, Bearded Collies, Border Collies, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff, German Sheperd and Great Danes. The toys are the Papillon, Pomeranian, Maltese, Pekingese, Pug and Chihuahua. There is another class of dogs called the terriers includes the Airdales, Cairn, Dandie Dinmonts, Australian, Wire or Smooth Fox TerrierJack Russels, Pit Bulls and Parson's Jack Russels.

There is another dog kind called the Spaniels which are popular as lap dogs and are known as constant companions however these are not hunting dogs and are usually with people who are in cities and suburbs rather than ranches. The Schnauzer, which is although extremely similar to a Terrier kind of dog, is known as a non-sporting dog generally to many people.

Schnauzers can be foreseen as dogs which will be used in the teams of medical support team and there have been research as well as training program under way to train them as snuffers of cancer in patients. All dogs require different methods of training as well as are for people with different lifestyles as well as behaviour patterns.
